My “Y“ in Yoga
Growing up being exposed to meditation, I developed a lifelong passion for mindfulness and self-awareness. With 10 years of deepening my practice, including a 200-hour yoga teacher training and mentorship under B.K.S. Iyengar instructors, I now create yoga classes that are approachable for all.
Having experienced my own physical challenges due to injury, I focus on teaching yoga in a way that nurtures the body without strain. My sessions emphasize mindfulness, body awareness, and resilience—tools that help wellness seekers build confidence and calm, both on and off the mat.
I’m especially passionate about sharing these practices with children, equipping them with healthy ways to cope with life’s pressures, and offering them a fun, accessible path to emotional and physical balance. Yoga becomes more than movement—it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
